Delete Your SparkGigs Account

This page explains how to request deletion of your SparkGigs account and related data.

How to request account deletion

You can request deletion of your SparkGigs account in either of the following ways:

  1. In the SparkGigs app, go to Mine > Feedback and submit an account deletion request.
  2. Send an email to our customer support team with your account information and deletion request.

Information you need to provide

To help us locate and verify your account, please provide:

Data that will be deleted

After your request is verified, we will delete or anonymize account data that is no longer necessary, including:

Data that may be retained

Some records may be retained where necessary for payment settlement, anti-fraud review, legal compliance, accounting, dispute handling, or platform security.

These retained records may be kept for up to 3 years, or for a longer period where required by applicable law or necessary to resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.

Processing time

We will review and process verified account deletion requests within 15 working days, unless a longer period is required by law, security review, unresolved settlement, or fraud investigation.

Account deletion is irreversible. After deletion is completed, you may lose access to your SparkGigs account, mission history, wallet bindings, and related services.
