How to request account deletion
You can request deletion of your SparkGigs account in either of the following ways:
- In the SparkGigs app, go to Mine > Feedback and submit an account deletion request.
- Send an email to our customer support team with your account information and deletion request.
Information you need to provide
To help us locate and verify your account, please provide:
- Your login email or account email.
- Your UID if it is available in the app.
- An optional reason for deleting your account.
Data that will be deleted
After your request is verified, we will delete or anonymize account data that is no longer necessary, including:
- Account profile information, including avatar, nickname, and login profile data.
- Wallet binding information.
- Feedback records submitted through SparkGigs.
- Non-essential mission usage data that is not required for security, settlement, legal, or compliance purposes.
Data that may be retained
Some records may be retained where necessary for payment settlement, anti-fraud review, legal compliance, accounting, dispute handling, or platform security.
- Withdrawal records, reward records, account ledger records, and financial transaction records.
- Anti-fraud, risk control, abuse prevention, and security audit records.
- Records that we are required to retain by applicable laws, regulations, tax, accounting, or compliance obligations.
These retained records may be kept for up to 3 years, or for a longer period where required by applicable law or necessary to resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.
Processing time
We will review and process verified account deletion requests within 15 working days, unless a longer period is required by law, security review, unresolved settlement, or fraud investigation.
Account deletion is irreversible. After deletion is completed, you may lose access to your SparkGigs account, mission history, wallet bindings, and related services.
